City Council

Celina City Council meets on the second and fourth Mondays of every month, unless a Monday holiday requires rescheduling the meeting. All meetings are held at 7 pm in the Council Chambers located on the 2nd floor of the City Building, 225 N Main Street. The agenda for each meeting is posted at the Celina Utilities Office, City Hall and the Library. The public is encouraged to attend these meetings with their input.
